TTDM-PLUS
When liquid is detected on any segment of sensor cable, the TTDM-PLUS sounds and alarm, closes relay contacts, turns on an LED and displays the channel number and location of the leak on an LCD display. The leak detection event is logged to an event history file and all status and event information is made available via RS232/RS485 modbus to any host PLC or plant or building automation system.

A simple map showing where the sensor cable has been installed is the
only field calibration requirement.

AT-SZA
The AquiTron™ AT-SZA Single Zone Alarm is designed for use with all TraceTek sensing cables, AquiTron™ probes and other sensing devices to detect leaks. The AT-SZA provides both visual and audible indication when a leak or cable fault has occurred and has relay contacts to connect to other external alarm equipment, BMS and PLC’s.

AT-MZA
The AquiTron™ MZA multiple zone alarm panel is designed for use with all TraceTek sensing cables and AquiTron( sensors to detect liquid and refrigerant - gas leaks. The MZA is capable of monitoring individual sensing zones in any of the following configurations 2, 4, 6 and 8 zones. Making it a truly versatile panel. The AT-MZA provides both visual and audible indication when a leak or cable fault has occurred. There are relay contacts to connect each zone to other equipment such as BMS, PLC’s, other alarm and monitoring systems.

TTSIM-1
The TTSIM-1 Sensor Interface Module monitors up to 5000 feet (1500 m)
of TraceTek sensing cable. When liquid is detected, the TTSIM-1 unit communicates either with a TTDM-PLUS Master Module or directly to a PLC or other host system using the standard modbus protocol. Although massive sensor cable systems are possible with networked TTSIM-1’s, their low cost makes it economical to build very robust systems with many small independent sensing cable segments. No field calibration is required other than a map to show where the sensor cable has been installed.

AT-LDM-SM
The AquiTron™ AT- LDM offers a low cost option for liquid leak detection. It is designed for use with all TraceTek sensing cables, AquiTron™ probes and other sensing devices to detect leaks. The AT-LDM provides visual
indication when a leak has occurred and has relay contacts to connect to other external alarm equipment. An option is available with an audible alarm.

Each module comes in two forms; either with DIN rail mounting frame or polycarbonate enclosure together with comprehensive installation instructions.

TT-1000
TraceTek TT1000 sensing cables detect the presence of water at any point along their length. Installed with a TraceTek alarm and locating module, the cable senses water intrusion, triggers an alarm, and pinpoints the location.

The cable is designed for a range of applications, including data center subfloors, telecommunication rooms, HVAC equipment locations, pipes, electrical vaults, storage areas, tanks, and roofs. The cable is small, lightweight, and flexible, allowing easy installation.

Each segment of sensor cable detects, locates and tracks leaks entirely independent from one another. There is no loss of sensitivity and no re-mapping required after an initial leak is detected.

There are many other sensing cables for different applications including Fuel Oils, Chemicals & Acids, and Solvent sensing.

The smooth design allows for quick drying.

AT-Probe
The probe has been designed for seamless integration into TraceTek and AquiTron™ water detection systems, either with or without sensor cable, to provide a truly versatile sensor system.

For distributed applications, up to 100 probes may be interconnected by a single jumper cable (daisy chain) and monitored for leak location utilising either a TTDM-PLUS or TTSIM-1/1A alarm and locating modules providing leak location in either metres, feet or zones. The AT-SZA and MZA panels provide a single or multi zone indication.

TTDM-128
The AT-OPSEN Optical liquid detection sensor has been designed for
instant detection of fuel oils and any other none aggressive liquids.

The use of the optical sensor allows the monitoring for leaks in areas
where sensing cables would be difficult to install, either because of
the harsh operating environment in which detection is required, or
the practicality of installing lengths of sensor cable in vulnerable
areas. The unit operates on an optical prism which is resistant to all
fuel oils and many other liquids. It’s IP67 enclosure makes the unit
liquid tight, easily cleaned and reusable.
